Time management for writers

What type of information would you like to know about time management?

Time Management Goals

Ok writers.. who would like a time management system?

The following are two ways of planning your time:

Create a to do list: Create this list for all the tasks that could or should be done during the week based on your goals. Each week you will decide on the priority of each task and determine its order of importance. The tasks list where "A" identifies the most important tasks to be completed, "B" identifies tasks needed to be completed only after the "A" tasks are completed, and "C" identifies tasks to be completed only after "A" and "B" tasks are completed. The number next to each letter further prioritizes the importance of each of the "A," "B," and "C" tasks.

The second list is the weekly schedule which identifies the time and order in which you will complete the tasks and activities for the week. This schedule is developed each week and reviewed each day to determine whether any changes are needed for the following day because of unforeseen circumstances .

We hope this information will help you manage your time when writing and or printing your own book.

Writers face a daily task of coming up with things to say or stories to tell. If you have ideas that have helped you in the past, please email us so we can post them here.
