Category 4 - Not urgent and not important :  Category 4 activities involve looking busy (e.g. shuffling papers, hurrying to and fro, organizing your desk). You may convince yourself that endlessly revising your time management plan is an important activity when, in fact, it is time-wasting. Activities in this category are neither urgent nor important and should be removed from your daily schedule.
