Make exercise a priority.

You can always find time in our lives for the things that are most important to us. If you're serious about finding time for exercise, then it must be a priority in your life.

Cant find enough time to ride your bike, try using a stationary exercise bike.

Block out the same time period every day for exercise. This way it becomes part of your daily routine just like brushing your teeth. Vehemently guard this time period. It is your time to take care of yourself.

Establish a time for planning the beginning of each week when you will not be interrupted. This time also should be used to review your prior week's use of time and performance.

 Enter all fixed activities in your weekly schedule.

Review your written fitness goals to determine what tasks need to be started or completed to bring you closer to attaining your goals.
